In their 140 year history, this is only the second time Lillet has introduced a new product. The last was Rouge in 1962. The Lillet Rosé is produced from both white and red Bordeaux grape varieties with the customary quinine addition. Tasting notes include ripe summer berries, melon and the traditional sweet and bitter citrus notes. A refined cocktail: Blend 3 parts Lillet Rosé, 2 parts Cremant de Limoux and 2 dashes Fee Brothers Orange Bitters. Serve in a flute.
