Sting’s song Sister Moon reflects the age-old connections between earth, moon, nature and mankind, and gives its name to the estate’s top wine, a harmonious blend of 50% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet and 25% Merlot.  8,000 bottles were produced of the inaugural 2007 vintage Sister Moon.
