The climate generally is warmer. Activities are often outdoors, and the preferred lifestyle is casual. Here are some of our favorites that suit the Summer scene. Enjoy! |
Lillet, pronounced Lee-Lay, is a fortified wine created in
Bordeaux in 1872 from a blend of wine, liqueurs, fruits and herbs. With its refreshing bitterness, either shade of Lillet is easily served on ice with a splash of club soda and a slice of orange, but also is the base of many exotic cocktails.
Blanc, based on sauvignon blanc and semillon grapes, offers notes of honey and orange and a hint of mint.. Rouge, from merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes, carries a powerful palate of red berries, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and fresh herbs.
